The Communist Party of New England
The Communist Party of New England was first established as the New English wing of the American party Communist Party USA. After 2 years of disagreement by both factions the parties seperated with the New English wing abandoning Marxim-Leninism and transitioning to a form of Bill of Rights socialist and Council Communist doctrine. The party advocates for the dissolusion of the state and restructuring into a system where the gtovernment and ecomony is managed by workers councils where easily recallable delgates are elected in workplaces. the party apposes authoritarian forms of Communist and Socialist ideology and rejects the concept of a vangaurd party.
